Refurbishment at Gwbert
Ty Eithin in Gwbert is completely finished, and the first guests enjoyed their stay in this idyllic part of Wales last week.

The brief was to create a coastal/ scandi feel and we used Turtle Dove Grey from the Dulux Heritage range of paints throughout the 2 bedroom bungalow. This gives a contemporary and calming neutral palette and is an ideal foil for bolder colours such as the stunning sofas in the living room and the art work. The sliding doors are dressed in a Semi Sheer Voile on a simple track giving shade from the sun during the day but privacy in the evening.

Refurbishment Project at Borth
Apartment 1 in Borth is nearly there – as you can see from these few photos. It is a huge space and takes some dressing – but it is shaping up nicely. This property is very different from the bungalow in Gwbert. Borth is an individually designed building with a modern and industrial feel .it is very spacious and has so many interesting features that we have tried to complement in our design. The views and sunsets are wonderful and the Blue Flag beach is only a stone’s throw away. A colleague described the space as having a ‘New York’ vibe. Let us know what you think.

Mae’n ofod enfawr ac wedi cymryd tipyn o waith i’w gael o I edrych yn gartrefol ond eto yn wahanol…fel y gwelwch rydyn ni bron yna.
